WORKSHOP REFUND POLICY

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the workshop: Full refund minus a 5% service fee
Cancellations made 6 days or less prior: Full credit toward another workshop of equal or lesser value

PRIVATE LESSON / CONSULT POLICY

Cancellations within 2 hours of the scheduled time: $20 service charge
Please reschedule at least 3 hours in advance when possible

No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours: No refunds or credit
