To help keep the Austin-based studio schedule running smoothly and fairly for everyone, I kindly ask that private sessions be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.

At a minimum, please provide notice at least 3 hours before your scheduled session time. Cancellations made within 3 hours of the session may incur a $20 late cancellation fee.

 

I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and those circumstances can always be discussed and evaluated individually.

Traffic happens!  But since lessons are sometimes scheduled back-to-back, your hour begins at the designated time, so sessions may be shorter if you are running late.

And, as always, no-shows result in no refund or credit.
