Refunds & Credits

PRIVATE SESSIONS (Coaching/Taping/Lessons)

To keep the Austin-based studio schedule running smoothly and fairly for everyone, please cancel or reschedule private sessions at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.

At a minimum, please provide notice at least 3 hours before your scheduled session time. Cancellations made within 3 hours of the session may incur a $20 late cancellation fee.

And, as always, no-shows result in no refund or credit.

PRIVATE 4-PACK PRIVATE SESSIONS
If you need to cancel sessions, you will receive credit towards other private lessons, coaching for an audition or workshops. 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before, or on the day, may result in loss of credit for 1 private session (credit will be $200 instead of $275).

And, as always, no-shows result in no refund or credit. 

CLASSES & WORKSHOPS

  • Full refund up to 10 days prior to class (minus 5% service).

  • Class credit 1 week prior to the start of class. 

  • 1/2 Amount toward another class (credit) 3 to 6 days prior to first class

  • No Refunds or credit with less than 48 hours' notice.
